Music Note Belt Buckle

This is a rectangular metal belt buckle featuring a musical theme, manufactured by Great American Products.
Design & Appearance
* Front: The face of the buckle features a large, white treble clef symbol centered on a black background. The design is encased in a silver-tone metal frame with clipped corners.
* Dimensions: Based on the ruler provided, the buckle measures approximately 3 inches in width.
* Material: The buckle appears to be made of a brushed or polished silver-colored metal.
Reverse Side Details
The back of the buckle contains several identifying marks and functional components:
* Manufacturer Info: It is embossed with "©2004 GREAT AMERICAN PRODUCTS" and the number "4694".
* Origin: A sticker indicates the item was "Designed in USA" and "Made in Mexico".
* Hardware: Includes a standard metal loop for belt attachment and a single prong (stud) to secure the belt through a hole.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund please email info@squareupfashions.com to receive return authorization. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• Email info@squareupfashions.com to request return authorization. Before a return can be processed, we need to verify the purchase was made on SquareUpFashions.com.  We also need to confirm the item(s) being returned were received in the last 10 days. Once returned and inspected, we can issue you a refund. After the 10 days, only a store credit or exchange is allowed. After 30 days all sales are final.
• Repackage your return and include a copy of the return authorization email from Square Up Fashions.
• Ship the package back to the Square Up Fashions Returns Department via USPS, UPS, or FedEx To:

Receiving Your Refund

Once your return is received by us, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. SquareUpFashions.com does not charge restocking fees. You will receive a full refund to the credit card or Paypal account originally used. Shipping is Non-Refundable. 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item(s) was damaged during shipping, or if there are missing, or incorrect items, we must be notified within 7 days to correct the issue. Please email your request to info@squareupfashions.com.

Shipping Back Your Return

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance in case your item is lost during transit.
