Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

How to return an item

Pack the item and include a copy of our return authorization email.
Mail the package by USPS, UPS, or FedEx to:

Your refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you and process your refund within 5 business days, back to the credit card or PayPal account you used. We do not charge restocking fees. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
